Thank you for taking the time to read this explanation. The purpose of this statement is to clarify the nature, scope and professional standards of the tantric massage service I provide.

Tantric massage is a specialised and relatively rare therapeutic offering. It combines mindful, breath-centred bodywork with guided awareness and is delivered in a therapeutic, professional setting. Because genuine practitioners are few, clients sometimes have questions about intent, boundaries and outcomes — which I welcome and will always address openly.

My practice is delivered professionally and ethically. All sessions are conducted in a private, respectful environment with a clear emphasis on client safety, consent and dignity. I follow structured client intake and consultation procedures prior to every session so that intentions, expectations and boundaries are mutually understood and respected.

To avoid any misunderstanding, I want to be absolutely clear: my services of Sensual Tantric Massage do not include full service and I AM NOT connected to escorting or sex work. If you are seeking sexual services or an escort, this is not the appropriate contact and I respectfully ask that you do not contact me at all. Approaching me with that expectation will only lead to your big disappointment.

Tantric massage is suitable for adults who are interested in mindful bodywork, greater relaxation, enhanced somatic awareness, and personal or spiritual exploration in a therapeutic context. While many clients report feeling deeply relaxed, more present and emotionally balanced after a session, individual experiences vary. If you have health concerns please consult a relevant professional prior to booking.

I encourage prospective clients to approach this practice with an open mind. Many people who initially have doubts find the experience unexpectedly meaningful. When you schedule an appointment with Pure Tantric Massage, you are confirming your agreement to the Terms & Conditions and committing to attend the appointment reserved specifically for you.

All appointments can only be booked exclusively via phone call. To maintain clarity and professionalism and whilst I value your enquiries, I kindly ask that you do not send booking requests via text message or WhatsApp, as these will not be answered.

I am always happy to answer any questions you may have or discuss any concerns, but this must be done over the phone. Clear and direct communication ensures your booking is properly secured and avoids any misunderstandings. For email enquiries, please ensure that you include your name as well as your contact phone number. Without this, I will be unable to return your call or respond to your enquiry.

All questions and concerns will be addressed by phone to ensure clear communication and to provide you with the best possible service.

By following these guidelines, you help me maintain an organised and professional service that respects both my time and yours.

Please note that reciprocal touch from the client to the massage therapist is not allowed at any point before, during or after the session.

Your punctual arrival for appointments is greatly appreciated. I allow a 5-minute grace period for minor delays. As a common courtesy, I would like to be kept informed should you be running late for your appointment. However, any extended delay will lead to a deduction of time from your appointment duration.

I offer appointments of various durations, ranging from 30 minutes to 3 hours, designed to cater to your individual preferences and requirements. 

I completely understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise that affect your ability to attend your appointment. Out of respect for both your time and mine, I kindly ask that any cancellations be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you fail to attend your appointment, the full cost of the session will be charged. In such cases, you will be required to make a bank transfer to cover the full amount. This is because, with such short notice, I am unable to offer your reserved time slot to another client, which results in a direct loss to my business.

Please understand that this policy is not only to protect my livelihood but also to ensure fairness to all clients who may be waiting for an available appointment. By respecting this policy, you help me continue to provide a reliable and professional service to everyone.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. If you fail to attend without notice, it not only results in lost income for business but also prevents another client, who may have been able to attend, from receiving treatment.

If you do not attend a pre-booked appointment, you will be required to cover the full cost of the session via bank transfer payment. Failure to notify me of non-attendance or to settle the cost of a missed appointment will result in no further bookings being accepted.

Your cooperation and respect for this policy are greatly appreciated, as it allows me to continue providing a reliable and professional service to all clients.

Your comfort and satisfaction are my top priorities. If at any point during your massage you feel adjustments are needed, I kindly encourage you to share your feedback within the first 10 - 15 minutes of the session. This allows me to make any changes to better suit your needs and ensure you have the best possible experience. Please note that refund requests can only be considered if concerns are communicated within this timeframe.

I reserve the right to refuse treatment under following specific circumstances: such as client involvement in recreational drugs, excessive alcohol consumption prior to the appointment, rude or derogatory language, physical or verbal abuse, aggressive or sexually inappropriate behaviour. Such behaviour will result in a total ban and may also result in criminal proceedings.

I reserve the right to refuse any treatment if a client has poor personal hygiene. I kindly request clients to shower at home before their appointment, as there are no shower facilities available at my treatment room.

For the well-being of yourself and others, I kindly ask clients to reschedule their appointment if they are unwell, suffering from a cold, virus, infection, or general ill health. Please adhere to the Cancellation Policy in these Terms and Conditions.

While you are in the treatment room, I do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of your personal items. Your belongings will always be secure as they never will be left unattended by yourself. I will always leave the room where your belongings are present in case you need to use the bathroom.

I aim to create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all my clients. I prioritise respect and kindness and I anticipate a reciprocal exchange of these values during your time with me. My goal is to make every visit a positive and enriching experience for you.

I offer extensive availability and am open 7 days a week to accommodate a wide range of client schedules. For clients with demanding work commitments who are unable to attend during regular hours, out-of-hours appointments may be available by special arrangement.

An additional fee of £50 will apply on top of the standard hourly rate for any out-of-hours appointments. These appointments must be booked in advance during the regular opening hours, with the earliest available morning appointment starting at 8:00 AM and the latest evening appointment starting at 8.30 PM.

Additionally, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm any out-of-hours appointment.

Please note that no phone calls or emails will be answered outside of regular opening hours. 

Also, I do not answer private or withheld numbers.
