I believe that mutual respect and clear communication are the foundation of every successful client-therapist relationship. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, I kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines:

 Please remember that when you book an appointment with Pure Tantric Massage, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and committing to attend the scheduled appointment.

Appointments can only be made over the telephone. I kindly request that you refrain from sending text messages or WhatsApp messages. I am more than happy to address any questions or concerns over the phone.

 Appointments can be made exclusively through telephone communication. While I appreciate your enquiries, kindly refrain from using emails, text messages or WhatsApp to make a booking. These will remain unanswered.

Please ensure that your email enquiries always contain your contact phone number otherwise I won’t be able to call you back. Any questions/concerns you may have will only be answered over the phone.

 I offer appointments of various durations, ranging from 30 minutes to 3 hours, designed to cater to your individual preferences and requirements.

 I understand that unforeseen events may occasionally affect your ability to attend your appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failing to do so will result in a charge for the full appointment, as I may not be able to fill the slot, and I need to cover the costs.

 If you fail to attend a pre-booked appointment, you agree to pay 100% of the booking fee. No refunds will be offered for the entire booking, and no further appointments will be available in the future as this significantly impacted my business.

  Your punctual arrival for appointments is greatly appreciated. I allow a 5-minute grace period for minor delays; however, any extended delay will lead to a deduction of time from your appointment duration.

 Should you have any concerns about your massage, I am more than willing to address them. However, I would ask that you share your feedback within minutes of receiving your massage. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I encourage open communication. A Refund request will only be considered if you are not satisfied with the massage 15 minutes after your appointment begun.

 I reserve the right to refuse treatment under following specific circumstances, such as client involvement in recreational drugs, excessive alcohol consumption prior the appointment, rude or derogatory language, physical or verbal abuse, aggressive or sexually inappropriate behaviour, or poor personal hygiene. Such behaviour will result in a total ban and may also result in criminal proceedings.

 I reserve the right to refuse any treatment if a client has poor personal hygiene. I kindly request clients to shower at home before their appointment, as I DO NOT have on-site shower facilities.

  Please note that reciprocal touch from the client to the massage therapist is not allowed during the session.

   For the well-being of yourself and others, I kindly ask clients to reschedule their appointment if they are unwell, suffering from a cold, virus, infection, or general ill health. Please adhere to the Cancellation Policy Terms and Conditions.

   While you are in the treatment room, I do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of your personal items. Your belongings will always be secure as they never will be left unattended. I will always leave the room if your belongings are present.

I aim to create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all my clients. I prioritise respect and kindness and I anticipate a reciprocal exchange of these values during your time with me. My goal is to make every visit a positive and enriching experience for you.

*I may be able to offer an OUT-OF-HOURS appointment for clients with demanding work schedules who are not able to make appointments during the regular opening hours.  An additional FEE of £50 will be added to the hourly rate for such appointments. These appointments MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE during the regular Opening Hours, with the earliest morning appointment starting at 8 am and the latest evening appointment starting at 9 pm. FULL PAYMENT is required at the time of booking to secure your “out of hours” appointment.
